Minister of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Rwanda, Dr. Jean Chrysostome Ngabitsinze, currently Chairperson of Greater Virunga Transboundary Collaboration Partner States’ Council of Ministers has received officials of GVTC: Mr. Eugene Mutangana, Member of GVTC Board, Dr. Andrew Ggunga Seguya, GVTC Executive Secretary, Mr. Fidele Ruzigandekwe, GVTC Deputy Executive Secretary for Programs and Mrs. Kabeya Fatuma Marie Rose, GVTC Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration.
Exchanges focused on Greater Virunga Transboundary Collaboration current situation and its future prospects for sustainable conservation of wildlife and tourism development within the Greater Virunga Landscape shared between the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Rwanda and the Republic of Uganda according to the Treaty signed between those countries on 30th October 2015.
