GVTC is an Intergovernmental Organization established by the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the Republic of Rwanda, and the Republic of Uganda, governed by a Treaty to promote transboundary collaboration on wildlife conservation and tourism development in the Greater Virunga Landscape.
In this regard, GVTC invites eligible and qualified service providers or freelance professionals to express their interest in providing English–French / French–English simultaneous interpretation and document translation services. A framework contract will be signed for a period of one (1) year, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
Required Services and Pricing Information
Interested service providers must indicate availability and unit price (in local currency and/or USD, VAT inclusive) for each of the following services:
Simultaneous Interpretation (English–French / French–English)
Please provide the cost for:
- Half-day session (up to 4 hours) for:
- 15–25 participants
- 26–50 participants
- Full-day session (up to 8 hours) for:
- 15–25 participants
- 26–50 participants
Please indicate whether the price includes:
- Equipment rental (booths, headsets, microphones)
- Interpreter(s) (single or team)
- Technician support (if applicable)
- Transport and per diem (if service is provided outside Kigali)
Document Translation (English–French / French–English)
Please provide:
- Price per standard page (250–300 words)
- Turnaround time (normal and urgent delivery)
- Format of delivery (Word, PDF, etc.)
Submission Guidelines
Interested service providers are invited to submit:
- A signed letter expressing interest
- A detailed price list for the services listed above
- Company profile or professional CV including relevant experience
- Copies of relevant licenses, certifications, or professional references
- Physical location and contact information
Submissions should be sent in sealed envelopes or electronically to the following addresses no later than June 30th, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time.
