GVTC is an Intergovernmental Organization established by the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the Republic of Rwanda, and the Republic of Uganda, governed by a Treaty to promote transboundary collaboration on wildlife conservation and tourism development in the Greater Virunga Landscape.
In this regard, GVTC invites eligible and qualified national or regional hotels to express interest in providing hospitality services in Kigali, Musanze and Rubavu in Rwanda; in Kampala, Kisoro, Kabale and Mbarara in Uganda ; in Kinshasa and Goma in Democratic Republic of Congo. A framework contract will be signed for a period of two (2) years, renewable based on satisfactory performance.
Required Services and Pricing Information
Interested service providers must indicate the availability and unit price (in local currency and or in dollars, VAT inclusive) for each of the following:
- Accommodation
- Single room (per night)
- Double room (per night)
- Availability of breakfast (included or separate; indicate price if separate)
- Conference Facilities
- Full-day conference room rental
- Half-day conference room rental
- Indicate whether the package includes:
- Projector (Yes/No; if not, state rental fee)
- Flipcharts
- Wi-Fi access
- Sound system (if applicable)
- Refreshments and Meals
- Coffee break (per person per session; specify items included)
- Mineral water (per bottle or per person per day)
- Buffet lunch (per person; specify if soft drinks are included)
- Optional dinner (per person, if available)
- Other Benefits or Discounts
- Parking availability and cost (if any)
- Discounted rates for long-term stays or group bookings
- Any loyalty program or incentives for repeat bookings
Submission Guidelines
Interested service providers are invited to submit:
- A signed letter expressing interest
- A detailed price list for the services listed above
- Company profile including relevant experience
- Copies of relevant licenses or certifications
- Physical location and contact information
Submissions should be sent in sealed envelopes or electronically to the following addresses no later than June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM local time.
